These terms govern use of the Entertune website, artist pages, AI artist submission forms, booking communications, Entertune Park information, weekly event pages, and related label services. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these terms.
Entertune services
Entertune operates as an AI music label. Services may include artist features, AI artist submission review, signing discussions, promotion, audience growth, music distribution, rights management, monetization support, social publishing, YouTube channel links, artist bookings, Roselight Riverie band opportunities, virtual-event planning, Entertune Park activations, and AI artist campaigns. Services are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
AI artist submissions
If you submit music, lyrics, artwork, videos, links, AI artist profiles, channel data, catalog information, ownership details, rights details, or other material, you represent that you have permission to submit it and that it does not violate law, platform rules, contracts, publicity rights, privacy rights, copyright, trademark, or other third-party interests. Submission does not guarantee review, signing, promotion, distribution, monetization, booking, or response.
Permission to review and use submissions
You grant Entertune and Version 6 permission to review, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, upload, adapt, summarize, and otherwise use submitted material as needed to evaluate your submission, respond to your request, prepare proposals, coordinate label work, manage campaigns, or provide services you request. Any exclusive signing, revenue share, distribution, rights management, monetization, or ownership arrangement must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
AI and virtual content
Entertune may use AI-generated or AI-assisted artists, voices, images, videos, virtual environments, promotional material, and operational workflows. You may not misrepresent ownership, impersonate real people without authorization, submit deceptive or harmful content, or use Entertune names, artists, images, marks, channels, or virtual experiences without permission.
Commercial terms
Commercial terms for signings, promotion, distribution, rights management, monetization, bookings, media work, virtual events, or artist collaborations are handled by separate written agreement. Platform availability, reporting, revenue, payments, takedowns, rights administration, and channel access depend on third-party platforms and the terms of each accepted project.
Bookings and events
Booking, show, Entertune Park event, Roselight Riverie, and campaign requests are not confirmed until accepted in writing. Event details, deliverables, platform access, schedules, fees, technical requirements, safety rules, and cancellation terms may be governed by separate written terms. Park access also depends on supported Meta Horizon Worlds devices, accounts, capacity, and platform availability.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site; submit unlawful, infringing, private, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content; interfere with our channels or accounts; or use Entertune names, artist identities, images, virtual experiences, or marks without permission.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee signing, distribution, playlisting, revenue, follower growth, monetization approval, platform acceptance, uninterrupted site access, event capacity, or specific commercial results. Third-party platforms may change rules, reject content, restrict monetization, or remove content at their discretion.
